In just a few simple steps with ePages, you can create your own business website and integrate the functions needed for online booking and renting out.
Products and services that are able to be booked or rented online are created as "Resources" in the ePages administration module. You define prices and booking modalities for each resource, create descriptions and specify customer options or selection options (e.g. blue or yellow table decoration in the restaurant).
If products and services are only to be made available on certain days, at certain times or for a limited period of time, you can specify these central opening times as well as product- and service-related opening times. In addition, you can set whether and until when online bookings and reservations may be cancelled.
Series commands are available to facilitate enabling or disabling individually occurring dates or regularly occurring times when your products or services are not available (e.g. vacation) so you do not have to do this manually each and every time.
You yourself can specify whether online bookings and
reservations will be automatically confirmed or whether they first need to be
checked.
You
also decide whether your customers can individually determine the duration of
the reservation of booked services or whether these are predefined (e.g.
flexible table reservation, specified appointment in beauty salon).
So that you never loose sight of incoming online bookings and reservations in the software, monthly overviews are available about free, blocked and booked-out days as well as time periods in which both available as well as booked appointments are present.
In the daily detail view, you can create appointments manually, enable or block new times or reschedule appointments.
