Maintenance Support

To ensure that no detail gets lost at the beginning of your partnership with ePages, we enter into a one-year service contract with you. This includes (among other things) your right to support by ePages. We actively help with questions and work together with you to find solutions for technical problems.
Our support services in detail:

  • 12-month duration with automatic extension (the first 12 months are obligatory)
  • An unlimited number of support requests
  • Reaction time within 8 hours
  • Web access
  • Remote maintenance via the Internet
  • Access to the knowledge base
  • Subscription to the customer support newsletter
  • Access to all available product-related online documentation
  • Up to 2 authorised support contact persons per contract
  • Updates and upgrades

  • Support account manager
  • Enhanced maintenance support (active system support according to agreement)
  • 24/7: Around-the-clock support

Developer Support

The developer support is intended for customers who are in the development stage of an ePages installation.
Our support services in detail:

  • 12-month support with maximum 24 requests
  • Reaction times within 8 hours
  • Telephone support
  • e-mail support
  • Web access
  • Full access to our knowledge base
  • Subscription to the customer support newsletter
  • Access to all available ePages software online documentation
  • 2 authorised support contact persons per contract
